Instructions
Dilute product according to Dilution Ratios listed above. Apply with a mop, pressure washer or pump sprayer. Scrub using a floor machine or deck brush on concrete floors. To prevent damage, allow contact time of no more than 10 minutes, and do not allow to dry before rinsing. Rinse thoroughly with water, using a mop and wringer or pressure washer. Rust stains will most likely require an acid based cleaner. Some soils may penetrate concrete and become permanent stains. Note: Avoid contact with painted and stained surfaces, aluminum, brass, chrome, copper and other alkaline sensitive surfaces, as damage may occur. Test product for surface compatibility in an inconspicuous area, rinse and allow to dry before proceeding. Cleaner may dissolve protective coatings and sealers and may require refinishing. Saturate plants, shrubs and grass adjacent to cleaning area with water before, during and after cleaning. Keep bottle upright during transportation and storage. Do not place bottle on clothing. Carpeting, upholstery or any surface that may become discolored or damaged. Storage and Disposal: Store in original container in areas inaccessible to children and pets. Keep container closed and stored in a dry area at temperatures between 40 degrees F and 120 degrees F. Do not reuse empty container. Rinse empty container and replace cap before discarding in trash. Disposal and/or Spill Information: Consult local and state regulations. For emergency medical assistance, call you local poison control center. For animal emergencies call national animal poison control at 800-345-4735.

Horrible product
I bought this to clean my patio and car port! Does not work at all! I spent hours scrubbing and it did absolutely nothing! DO NOT BUY THIS! Regular dish soap did a better job!

Do not waste your time or money.
Used the product as directed on mildew and oil stain. Neither was affected by the product. Then used the product undiluted, and again, no change. Had a mechanic friend suggest Dawn dish detergent (platinum), did not remove the stain but it did lighted the stain.

Don't recommend
I agree that this product does not work as expected. I tried it on concrete that had brake dust from where I wash my cars wheels and a few small oil stains. I spent an hour and scrubbed the whole driveway and the blue dish soap does a far better job. Almost NO results from this product that calls itself a concrete cleaner! I want my money back.
