The hood and accessory pieces came in perfect condition, neatly wrapped, easy to uncrate. Since I purchased the chimney extension, I was surprised to see the standard ceiling height chimney included. Received sooner than expected. Installation instructions were comprehensive, took less than an hour. I recommend getting the crown for the top if the chimney. It gives a really nice finished look. Had some of the grills that were damaged in shipment (2 of 4 in the 48” hood). I called Z-Line and had the grills a few days later without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Z-Line and the Range Hood Store as a great companies to do business with!!

I search for many months before finding this range hood and I am so glad I did! The biggest challenge was fining a range hood that would fit well under a 4 foot window. This hood is well constructed, easy to install and very quiet for the power it provides. We were able to match the cabinet paint as well.
