Covidien's knit underwear offers a discreet option for people with incontinence issues. These feature a crotch seam that strengthens the security of pads or liners and a moisture-proof lining that absorbs minor leakages. Because their higher material "burst" strength is durable, they will last you an entire day of use with less risk of tearing as a result of stretching. Together with a weave-knit design, these long-lasting pants provide a soft look and feel. The Wings incontinence knit pants have elastic cuffs that not only stretch to fit various body shapes and sizes, but also don't irritate the legs. These breathable pants allow more airflow for dry and healthy skin. The pull-on seamless pants offer an improvement in the comfort level. These color-coded pants also help you tell the difference between sizes. They are large/extra-large for waist/hips that range from 32 to 42 inches. The unisex stretch knit underwear is suitable for both men and women.

Good idea needs some improvement
I bought these underpants for the coolness in the summer. The seamless knit design is comfortable, however, the crotch is too narrow for incontinence pad, only 1 3/4 inches wide.
