Cheap but decent lamp

It's just about what you would expect at this price point. It's a pretty cheap lamp--thin pole, plastic shade, generally a little flimsy. On the plus side, it is a slim, unobtrusive design, the shade diffuses the light nicely and it has a three-way switch. (I use a three-way LED so I don't have to worry about whether this little lamp can handle the heat--personally I wouldn't use incandescent bulb in this lamp). The best thing is the price. At this price you can put one in every dark corner of your house. Not a bad value.

Really trashy. Packaging smelled Unbelievable- like someone pooped in it! If I weren't so desperate for light to work by, I d have returned it. My husband thinks its going to burn the house down.....
