Taking a trace mineral supplement may not be something that makes a notable difference in daily life, but i take it as a logical article of faith that intensive farm practices of the present day result in soil mineral depletion. I trust Swanson products and though trace mineral supplements are in general surprisingly expensive, I see it as buying peace of mind.
