I like taking this B

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like taking this B complex supplement for myself because it doesn't have over the amounts of B vitamins. It is hard to find a B-complex without at least a thousand % over the daily recommended. The bottle is a bit big. It is good that it is made out of glass, though, so we aren't adding even more plastics into the environment.

We like this daily vitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this daily vitamin. My ten year old can take it easily and needed a really good methylated b vitamin harder to find than it shouuld be but megafoofld makes high quality and affordable supplements. Happy with my purchase and subscription!

These are great!

My son is 9 and has adhd and we add these in just to help with his mood and coming off the meds. They work so well. Several people have commented on his mood and how he seems so happy. We noticed a huge difference when we ran out. We love these!
