Product details
Michelin Energy Saver
Maximizing fuel economy without giving up traction on dry and wet surfaces.
The Energy Saver is Michelin's Grand Touring Summer tire that is designed to marry vehicle operating efficiency with a lesser environmental impact by minimizing fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. Molded into an asymmetric tread design with a low rolling resistance compound and with smooth-rolling tread ribs, the Energy Saver tire has expected handling, dependable stopping all while taking the environment into consideration. To reduce the chance of hydroplaning and increase wet traction, the circumferential grooves and lateral notches direct water through the tread design. The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped fabric on top of a polyester cord casing to combine strength, efficiency and comfort. The Energy Saver earned Michelin's Green X status by integrating computer-optimized design and precision manufacturing methods causing them to be recognized as among the most fuel-efficient tires available. (As with all summer tires, Energy Saver tires are not made to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.)

Safety
Been using the Michelin Energy Saver tires in Phoenix - they fit great, ride smooth, and handle really well on dry roads. I feel safe and stable on the freeway, plus I've noticed better gas mileage. The only downside is the desert heat wears them out faster, and wet traction isn't the best once they age. Still, solid tires for comfort and fuel savings.
Safety at a reasonable price level
Excellent tires. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my most recent tires. I live in Colorado so I need durable, safe tires due to the weather conditions. These came up tops, this will be my second winter season and the performance has been great so far. Definitely recommend.
True bang for the buck
High performance car tires are designed for drivers who demand superior handling, speed, and traction. They offer exceptional grip in dry conditions, sharp cornering, and precise steering response, making them ideal for sporty driving or performance vehicles. These tires enhance braking performance and deliver a more connected, responsive feel on the road. However, they tend to wear faster than standard all-season tires and may not perform as well in cold or wet weather. If you prioritize driving performance and control over longevity, high performance tires are a smart choice.
