Why did I wait so long?
Excellent quality and very easy to operate. Maintains exact temperature. My first cook was a ribeye steak and it was the best Steak I've ever cooked! ever! I cooked it to medium rare all the way through and then seared it in a cast iron skillet with butter and herbs. My Weber gas barbecue was out on the back patio crying and is afraid of being abandoned! Only downside is you must plan ahead as it takes longer to cook, but it is definitely well worth it!

Perfect protein
Wow! Chicken breast was juicy and delicious. Followed directions on the Anova app. Fixed NY strip steak for my family. Followed the directions - 130 degrees for 1 hour. This was THE MOST DELICIOUS medium rare steak ever. Searing all sides in the HOT cast iron fry pan took less than 2 minutes and turned out a high-end restaurant quality steak! I'm a believer!
