Works just as good as brand name -and it dye free-the only physical difference I see is the blister packaging . In the equate brand there is one clear capsule per blister seal and on the dye-free Benadryl it has two capsules per blister pack . The capsules look visually about the same . So if you have allergies and have sensitivities to dyes and other additives this product might be what you need .
