I didn't think I'd notice much difference to be honest. But I typically camp in very loose dirt and sand. This may have been my first trip where I didn't have yo continously adjust the level front to back because the snap pad on my tongue jack kept it's footing. I was pretty amazed actually. I still had to adjust my stock stabilizers though. I am for sure going to oder the kit for my stabilizers. It'll be worth every penny. Installation wasn't that hard. But you can definitely tell they're not coming off on their own. Greasing the pad is a must and made it simple. The weight of my trailer did 99% of the work. Shipping was delayed a few days, but I received an email explaining what the delay was pretty soon after ordering. So I'm happy. I can't comment on any customer service other than that because I didn't need it. And honestly, I don't believe I ever will. It's a solid product that actually works exactly as advertised. Refreshing

Excellent upgrade to the toy hauler
From start to finish the SnapPad team was outstanding. They helped me ensure I ordered and received exactly what I needed for my rig since it wasn't listed. Once the items arrived they were very easy to install and have provided a rock solid stabilization. Much better than factory provided. I highly recommend their products and I couldn't be happier with the look and performance.

Excellent Product
We use a 12” Anderson bucket and didn't like how small the footprint our tongue jack had. With the 5.5 it fills the top of the bucket better and is very stable. Because the tongue weight on our trailer is only 550lbs, I did have to stand on the tongue and bounce a bit to get the pad to snap in place; but that is no fault of the design just a side effect of a lighter trailer.
