The hydraulic oil should be replaced upon working for 100 hours since the initial filling. Subsequently, the hydraulic oil should be replaced once per year/ about 1500 working hours.
The power unit could not filter foreign materials within the hydraulic cylinder, therefore, the interior of the hydraulic cylinder must be kept clean to prevent the ill-function of the control valve. And the pipelines should also keep clean.
The oil filling volume of the oil tank shall be 90% of the capacity, and the oil volume shall not be less than 85%. When starting the operating system for the first time, immediately check whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient.
Please note that the cleanliness level of hydraulic oil is ISO 4006 (: 99) 18/15 or NAS1638 9~10, and the product oil must pass 10-25 μm The oil filter truck can be used as working oil after filtering.
Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
