Cute flare leggings for a tween girl

These pants are the perfect fit for my 10 year old niece. I bought the size 14/16 plus, and they fit her comfortably, with a little room to grow. They are very comfortable, the material is thick enough to not be see through, yet light enough to provide lots of stretch.
