Healthy oil
Great product. I was so happy to see capsules because even though I learned just how fabulous this oil is to add to the diet, I was not too keen on just drinking it. These capsules are perfect and even though they are large they go down very easy. I am on auto ship as I intend to take these indefinitely.

GREAT OIL OPTION
I think these UDO's oil capsules are great. The way I understand it, the human body is remarkable in that, if you ingest bad oils and good oils, the body is wise enough to use the good oils. That is one of the reasons why I ingest this good oil daily with my meals. I prefer these capsules . . . just easier.
