Excellent youth 1st baseman glove

This was for my son who play competitive youth baseball. He started playing first base and this mitt was great right out of the box. It was easy to break in and he loves using it and has a lot of confidence. I hope this glove style is around for a long time with Mizuno. It's a must for all youth 1st baseman

Easy break in

This glove came pretty close to game-ready out of the box. It closes really easily for my 8 year old with very little time spent on it.

Best glove I've owned

Used mine for 5 seasons and still performs like it did the first season. It comes broken in and feels like a 200 dollar glove. The only reason I'm not still suing my old one is because I have a new one on the way. only thing that bothered me was that the thin first layer of leather accumulates holes in the finger spots within the first two seasons and after that when you try to put your glove on its confusing trying to navigate to where your hand needs to be, but as long as that doesn't matter to you too much you will really love the golve.
