I've never heard of anything that can help with stress as this bracelet can. In fact, this is my first magnetic bracelet and it's a great start to me wearing magnetic/metallic bracelets. Now, this is a very great bracelet that I am very fond of wearing because it is true to the product description that it reduces stress. It definitely does reduce stress because (especially for an autistic adult like me), without this bracelet, I'd be emotionally lost. Like I wear this bracelet every day and I find it a lot easier to control and process my emotions a lot better. Of course, it will not suppress my feelings or emotions. Yes, there are days people get frustrated, mad or upset. But in the midst of these days, wearing this bracelet helps me get through them all with nothing but grace. No mental breakdowns, no letting my emotions get the better of me, nothing like that. And because of this, I highly recommend this bracelet to any autistic adult and adults who deal with a lot of stress on a regular basis. Also, just to let it out, it wasn't easy removing the links from the bracelet to adjust it to my wrist size. Even though it's great that the bracelet came with a pouch and a tool to remove the links, removing links was one of the most difficult things I ever did. But fortunately, I was able to manage and this is how I wear my bracelet when it's neither too loose nor too tight. Again, this is a very great bracelet I'm completely fond of and I highly recommend it for autistic adults. It helps a lot like how it helps me control and process my emotions a lot better than how I used to.
