Product was received (within 3 days) and packaged very well. Pretty easy to set up (even though I am not Tech Savy) - then getting use to how the remote and the system works - "Wow" I am extremely pleased for my purchase. Crisp clear voice and the surround speakers adjustment is easy to calibrate per your room atmoshere. (vaulted ceilings). I swear you could hear a gnat sneeze in the background. Lastly, so far so good and I hope per reviews this Polk MagniFi (Flagship unit will last. Best hookup is the EARC or ARC. I didn't have to hook up othe HDMI cables to DVD or other units.
