Of course the best thing about this DVD is the showcasing of Lanza's voice. MGM wasn't too creative with this one's story line...it just about follows the stamped-out theme of his first two, but this time he's already an established opera singer. I read somewhere that Lanza was not really fond of his female co-star: Doretta?; and was hesitant to do the movie. It lacks passion, but well worth the purchase to see and hear Lanza.
