THIS FILM WAS MADE WHEN EDDIE CANTOR WAS ALIVE HE DIED IN 1964 AND HE APPEARS IN THE FILM AS A THEATRE PATRON. KEEFE BRASSELE WAS PICKED TO PLAY EDDIE IN THE EDDIE CANTOR STORY (1953) AND IT MUST HAVE BEEN A BLAST FOR HIM. THE FILM IS TYPICAL OF THE BIO FILMS OF THE ERA. EDDIE'S LAST FEATURE FILM.
