I have been buying this tea for many years now, I drink it with meals and as a beverage by itself. It's refreshing and its health benefits are why I drink it often. The Uncle Lee's tea is a great value and the quality is excellent in my opinion, I keep a fair quantity on hand at all times to assure I don't run out.
