Cute but ripped

As others have said, due to Walmart's poor packaging, this rug comes ripped in several places. Overall it's very cute but for the hassle of returning it and reordering it, I'm not sure if it's worth it. I'm not sure why Walmart has such a difficult time properly packaging items. I'm sure it's due to cost but if so many of these rugs get returned because they're damaged in shipping, is it worth it for them?

I loved the look and the cute design of this rug. However, I had to send it back twice because it was sent damaged. It was cut or torn down the middle. All I can think is it is poor quality or not packaged very well. Needless to say I wasn't going to try a third time.
