I got the Great Value 6.5' USB powered tape lights and I am pleased. They arrived neatly packed on a cute little reel. I immediately plugged them into my laptop and put them through their paces with the included remote control. Everything worked well and there are so many options with the remote control. There are choices of different types of white light, and multi colored lights. Different ways to display the lights like blinking, fading and strobe. It came with a little clip that you can use to keep the lights from pulling on the connection and that would be useful in my car. I am very partial to specialty lighting. I have different types everywhere. With these tape lights, I have not taken the backing off because I cannot decide whether to put them on my fireplace mantle with holiday items, or in my car around my dash board! Decisions, decisions, I just might have to get another set! I have seen people put these around their big screen TVs. I recommend these lights as a fun way to express yourself with lighting. They are lightweight and beautiful and I keep thinking of more ways to use them. Good purchase!
