Not As Advertised

The specifications for this Laptop say it comes with Windows 10 Pro, but it came with Windows 7 Pro. I have been a big Acer fan up to now and always had good experiences with Acer Support. However, when I called, the Representative was rather rude and said it was WalMart's problem, not Acer's. This is contrary to what I've seen in reviews of other Acer computers that had Windows 7 when they should have had Windows 10. I've seen where an Acer Rep answered the review and instructed the customer to contact Acer Support. I'm very disappointed in Acer and am considering returning this product if I can't get the right operating system quickly and without a lot of hassle
