The Induction Swiss Diamond 3.8 qt, 10.25" Saute Pan with Lid was inspired due to the popularity of the same without the lid...and we listened. This pan is ideal for sauces, vegetables, cubed meat and more! The base contains a ferrous metal plate plasma, making this pan induction compatible. European craftsmanship is visible in every aspect of this kitchen essential. Heavy-duty cast aluminum body distribute heat evenly and efficiently to warm all contents. Strong, rivet-free handles prevent unsightly food buildup and even stay cool on the stovetop. Diamond crystals are embedded into the patented coating to create a durable, naturally nonstick surface. Oven safe up to 260°C (500°F). Safe for dishwasher use, but we recommend hand washing. Heat-tempered glass lid included with an adjustable steam vent for advanced moisture control.
