Perfect for wearing over tights

I got the size medium (weight 134, height 5'1"). I have no idea how the small would fit, but there's a chance a small "might" fit. I didn't want to risk it being tight. I really like this jumper dress. I thought they'd be great for working in the art studio (which they are), but I find them perfect for wearing over leggings/tights when I want to just pop out of the house for a bit. And there is nothing binding on me, so it's a nice fit. I purchased the black color first and the price was so right that I got them in other colors. Depending on the weather, I pair it with a long sweater or sweatshirt, and It looks like I'm wearing a skirt. The material is a very lightweight corduroy, and it's so lightweight, I believe they can be worn year-round. Because of the open back, sometimes a strap will slip off my shoulder, a bit, but it's not a problem for me as it's not constant. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
