Better than other mag supps. No More Leg Cramps!
I have not researched other products yet but I wanted something that I could have delivered the same day. I have been using these for over a week and I have not had any leg cramps since I started using these. I was taking a magnesium supplement and using magnesium lotion and still having lots of problems with leg cramps, especially at night. I have had none since I started taking these. Someone told me that L Threonate was the best magnesium supplement for cramps and for me that is true. I have tried several different types of magnesium supplements and this has work better for me than anything else.
