Any item purchased from an authorized dealer or authorized internet reseller that does not perform properly due to a manufacturer defect can be returned for a warranty replacement within these time periods. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries.

The only bad thing is that rubber push button switch. It's recessed down in the light %26 your finger is to big so you have to use your finger nail to turn on %26 off and that's really hard on rubber %26 it wears it out way before the flash light it's self. Get rid of the flange around the switch %26 you can press the button with your soft finger %26 not your nail.
