Starmaxx TR-60
OVERVIEW
The Starmaxx TR-60 is an all season tire manufactured for tractors.
This model promotes exceptional field terrain traction. The footprint features a directional pattern with an angled lug placement. These work together in order to upgrade its performance on soft and loose terrains. As a result, this effectively boosts its overall driving safety levels, while conquering versatile surfaces. The high void ratio enables the tire to keep footprint clean. This is especially important in agricultural applications, where mud and dirt pack between the tread elements and cut off the tire's surface contact.
Additionally, the tire's optimized soft terrain traction allows the footprint to prevent soil retention. Field or soil retention happens when excessive traction loosens up the ground. As a result, the soil's crop-growing ability is damaged. By resisting soil retention, the tire makes sure the field maintains its excellent quality. Tires that offer field-friendly performance are important when it comes to agricultural applications. For this reason, this tire is the perfect traction model.
The Starmaxx TR-60 also upgrades its usability. The tire features stable lugs which were molded using a wear-resistant compound. This enables the tire to effectively combat both premature and uneven wear formations. In other words, the footprint stability prevents tread flexing and ensures even pressure circulation. The compound's durable rubber materials significantly decrease the treadwear rate. Decreased and even wear greatly enhances the tire's overall service life.
This tire has a BIASED ply structure.
Manufacturers only provide the width and rim diameter with these tires. Various brands and models will have discrepancies. To ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter should be checked.
This is a Tubed Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube and flaps to properly function, which are not included in this purchase.
The Overall Diameter advertised represents the overall diameter in inches, once it has been inflated and mounted.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
