It's a simple installation (picture instructions included). I determined my location and used the included wall anchors and screws to mount the block. I slid the towel ring over the block and tightened the set screw with the included allen wrench. That's it. It has a good solid feel of quality and a nice simple appearance. I'm very pleased with the product.
