Children 6 months of age and older: 1. Snap off one single-use dose. 2. Twist to open. 3. Squeeze entire contents into mouth. Administer one liquid unit-dose at the onset of symptoms, 3 to 6 times a day. Reduce with improvement. Keep the remaining unit-doses in the aluminum pouch.
Instructions
Do not use if glued carton end flaps, inner foil pouch, and single-use container are not intact. Before opening the foil pack: No specific storage conditions. After opening the foil pack: Store the unused doses in the foil pack at a temperature that does not exceed 77°F (25°C). After opening the unit-dose: The product must be used immediately. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Highly recommend very everyone
I was very hesitant before trying this, but wish I had earlier. My 20 month old has very hard times when it comes to colds due to a bad episode of RSV last year. There's not a lot you can give kids at this age, so when I came across these and read the reviews, I was cautious, but hopeful. Both me and my toddler got the same cold within 24 hours of each other and I started us on this right away. I tested it out first to myself, and noticed that the symptoms didn't seem to progress as quickly, but when I started giving it to my little one, he didn't get as bad as he could. We live in a large house with several other people who all got the same cold, and they all got it a lot worse than we did and we were the only ones with this remedy. I will definitely be keeping the stock in the future and recommended to anybody who has toddlers.

Easy to administer and it works
I have used cold calm several times for my babies through the years. This is easy to administer and offers relief. My littlest one caught the flu when she was only 2 months old so I cut the dose in half and she still found relief and it helped destuff her little nose and she could breathe easier. I don't have to fight with a syringe or flavors either with a toddler to take this medicine.

i love that these are already separate into doses. however i do not like having to squeeze it to get the medicine out because i've unfortunately caught my childs lip and pinched it one time. other than that these work GREAT for her 🩵
