Its a very good quality digestion supplement with microbiome ingredients. The size is optimal to shallow. The package is good. Benefit my gut health and constipation. The absorption is good. Has no taste. I take it on an empty stomach in the mornings with a big glass of warm water.

Good probiotic

As far as I've read, the LactoSpore form of probiotic is really a good one so I've decided to give this one a shot. I haven't been using it for long enough for really noticeable effects but I think adding a good probiotic is a good choice for health. The packaging is good and I think the ingredients are good quality.
