DO NOT buy the add-ons like tech support
If you decide to buy this modem DO NOT buy the "remote technical support" and extended warranty. While I accepted and was charged for both NEITHER was provided. I finally got someone at Walmart to refund the extended warranty, BUT they wouldn't stand behind their sale of the "remote support". They insisted I had to call the seller. Seller's number goes to "forever hold" and doesn't get answered. I tried again and opted for "call me back" but was never called back. I'm out $29. Thanks, Walmart. Side note: I've noticed Walmart is selling more and more items on their website that they don't stand behind. Think hard about buying any items from a "Walmart partner" on their website as you will have no recourse if the item doesn't show up.
