This item is very beautiful on the website I have purchased and paid for this item twice but it hasn't arrived to my house that one time. I am very upset, disappointment and frustrated with the service. I have been trying to get this particular item for more than two months each time they state that it is delivered push that is very own truthful. The last time they they sent a text and said it was delivered. I was standing at the door. I went to the door at least five times I did not see a package. I don't know why they choose to steal this particular item. I really didn't want it. I'm going through so much just to get this particular item and I am getting no satisfaction, no satisfaction whatsoever. Can somebody please open it to arrive the next time let me come and pick it up from wherever it is shipped to in Ellenwood Georgia. I am so disappointed with my service every month. They're taking that for free service but I can't not even get this particular package delivered. It is very untruthful, but they said they deliver it. They never take a picture of it by my door all the packages I receive they take a picture of it and send it to my email but not this package. I don't know who is so special that they will steal this package, they will not miss delivering this. They are liberally taking this from me and I'm very disappointed.
