This is NOT a poor rating of the mug. This rating was for the terrible service. I ordered a ceramic photo mug. Had to drive to another town to pick it up. Problem was, it was NOT a photo mug that was made. It was a metallic travel mug. NOT what was ordered. The store employees were of no help and kept telling me I had to get a refund online, then order it again. I went online to request refund and was given a run around by the AI customer service who kept telling me I needed to go back to store for refund. Finally after going round and round with AI, I was finally allowed to talk to an ACTUAL human being. Once that happened, the problem was resolved. Still had to reorder and travel back out of town to pick up mug. But finished product was actually pretty nice.
