PLAYMOBIL Novelmore Fortress Action Figure

Got it as a Christmas gift for my almost 8 year old son. He could not wait, and it became an early Christmas gift. He really wanted a grand castle of Novelmore, but because we do not have a lot of room, we agreed to go with this one. It is a good size toy for the price, especially if you can get it on sale. We got it for $52. I believe it is a much better value and quality even at full retail than their newer 2020 pirate ship of $89.99. Everything snaps and goes in nicely. One negative is the flags are soft cardboard, plastic would be better, but again it would raise the price of the castle, so paper will do. My son is planning to get extensions to make the court yard a little bit bigger. It will be even better than. Extensions run around $32 depending on which one you get. We would definitely recommend this castle as a substitute for the huge Grand castle, if space, storage and price are an issue. Little lake, white table and the tray for the boulders does not come with the fortress.
