Excellent, Lots of Light

Here are two photos, one with a soft white bulb and the second photo of this bulb. Interestingly, the soft white bulb makes the upper stained glass come across as more yellow. This clear bulb makes the upper stained glass have a green tinge of color. Easy to install and I prefer the look of the clear glass in my fixtures.

Great, super economical, LED lightbulbs!!!

Sooo, soooo happy with the "FEIT G2540/H/950CATFIL 3.8W (40W Equivalent) Daylight White (5000K) G25 Globe Shape (E26 Replacement) Dimmable Thin Filament Clear Glass LED Light Bulb". LED's!!! YAAAAYYY!!! No more wasting money or electrity!!! Aaaannnd, these FEIT lightbulbs last forever!!! We have two bathrooms, and both bathrooms have the same lamp as in the picture I posted. Each lamp uses six bulbs each. That's a total of twelve (12) lightbulbs!!! And, OMG!!! Those old non LED lightbulbs use up an enormous amount of electricity, and they give off heat!!! Since I'm unable to climb a ladder, as soon as my son came over, I had him loosen the bulbs, except for one. That way we would not have all those lightbulbs on when we used the bathroom. Even though, just the two lightbulbs used up a lot of electricity!!! Imagine my surprise and happiness that now, I can replace them all with LED's!!! The lightbulb in the picture is the new, FEIT LED LIGHTBULB. All of those old lightbulbs are going out, and I am replacing them with the "FEIT G2540/H/950CATFIL 3.8W (40W Equivalent) Daylight White (5000K) G25 Globe Shape (E26 Replacement) Dimmable Thin Filament Clear Glass LED Light Bulb"!!! Incredible how just one of the "FEIT G2540/H/950CATFIL 3.8W (40W Equivalent) Daylight White (5000K) G25 Globe Shape (E26 Replacement) Dimmable Thin Filament Clear Glass LED Light Bulb" lights up the entire bathroom!!! And our bathrooms are big and spacious. WOW ! ! ! YES ! ! ! I DO RECOMMEND these lightbulbs!!! They give off a beautiful daylight white light, hardly use up electricity (just pennies a year), do not get hot, last forever, and they are dimmable!!! Yippee!!!

Works great for bedroom

I like this bulb because it works well for in my bedroom where I don't need anything too bright, but not too dim or low light. It's bright enough for reading and is a more energy efficient bulb, which I have switched my entire apartment to. This is dimmable so it can work well for other rooms as well. This is my first time using Feit Electric so I am happy with the product. This has 350 Lumens and a lifespan of 13.7yrs. Also, I like the globe shape because it makes it easier to grasp the base to screw or unscrew.
