Great performance
This is an excellent hand shower. I was hesitant to buy it due to the negative review on this page, but I now realize that must have been an anomaly. This works great. Excellent pressure with all 3 selections. The select button makes it easy to change spray patterns. Very easy to wipe any buildup off the nozzles. Overall this is great, and I'm truly impressed!

Plastic insert broke
I bought this hand held shower head in December 2019. The plastic insert broke and it does not appear a replacement can be purchased. Will go to FW Webb to double check but hugely disappointed in the quality considering Hansgrohe is a premium brand.
