716104004386 13173 The Ladybug 3 is a lightweight knife perfectly suited for working in wet condtions or where other carbon steel based knives would rust. This knife is part of Spyderco's Salt Series of knives made from nitrogen based alloys instead of carbon based alloys. The H-1 steel in the Ladybug 3 will not rust since the carbon in the steel has been eliminated making it "Rustproof" It has a Hawkbill style blade with a full Spyderedge blade. The shape of the Hawkbill blade works to keep the object being cut rolling back into the blade. The FRN handle has had bi-directional texturing for an almost slip resistant grip. It comes in bright yellow so that it can easily be found on land or in water.
