Matte black flange peeled off!

We remodeled our kitchen, installed a granite composite sink with matching disposal flange and stopper. Looked beautiful until the finish started to peel six months later. Not what we expected when we paid so much more for matching hardware and took care not to expose the finish to anything abrasive...very disappointing!

Not an expected matte steel finish

Purchased this to replace a bright finish flange for a disposer replacement in a brushed steel sink for a complete match. It looks like a scratched sink. It is poorly finished essentially by taking a circular sander of some sort and simply scratching the surface with uneven circular gouge marks that looked awful. Ended up reusing the one that was already there and returning this to the building supply. This is not at all like "brushed steel" parts I have seen.

Paint chips off

Unfortunately, I have the matte black InSinkErator flange and it is peeling badly. After reading reviews that go back for several years, my question is why are you still selling this inferior product? You should be embarrassed by all of the negative reviews you have received and take if off of the market. Obviously, powder coating is a poor choice on your part. What are you going to do for all of your dissatisfied customers? I look at my sink and all I see is the name InSinkErator; part black and part silver. Not a good look.
