Is good for nervous system and energy!

VitaminB-12 is one of my favorite supplements Im feeling more energetic and alert after taking this supplement and helps me with my nervous system. Is easy to swallow and is a security bottle packing.

Found on the Walmart site the proper methylated b-12 recommended by my wife's doctor. And the price was several dollars less per bottle than the local pharmacy.

This allowed me to have a noticeable amount of energy in the morning. I would recommend this and I feel like the absorption and effectiveness is pretty good. Is it my favorite B12 no but the fact that I felt a difference in my everyday life just reminds me that this deserves a 10 out of 10 I rarely feel the effects of certain vitamins so this was huge.
