Tasty, indulgent and consistent quality over years

This is very tasty, has been consistent in quality for many years. However of late it seems to be a bit downsized. My wife brings whole milk to barely a boil before she mixes it. This may be a bit of a cooking art. I would be careful to both use whole milk and not to let it boil for long.
