So far this is just adorable. All that's left is to put up the curtains. This is a tiny bit smaller than 12 x 12 because my actual 12 x 12 that I took down, I could see the old spaces on the deck. Has a moderate weight to it versus heavy weight. I love the color because it blends right into the surroundings (for this association.) it took two people at least three hours on two different days to construct. I am just so happy I could cut flips in the middle of the street! We had a heavy snow once in three years so I'm not too worried about snow. We do have periods of wind but it looks like this will hold on since it is decking wood screws to the deck. I spent way more than I wanted to but I just can't keep replacing fabric gazebos yearly or every two years. This one was actually on the lesser expensive side than most of the gazebos I saw. Thanks Walmart!
