Arrived chipped and scratched...NOT A GOOD FRAME!!

I thought that this would be a nice frame for an award to give as a gift...I was wrong! I took the frame out of the box that it was delivered in only to find chips and scratches on the black frame. I thought that I could fix it but the dissapointment didnt stop there. I put the award into the frame, pushed the back onto it, and the thin (and I mean thin) cheap pane of glass cracked! I would NOT recomend this cheap frame to ANYBODY! Spend the extra $ on a good frame.
