Just as described! It's super easy to assemble, and it took me about 20 minutes. Instructions were very clear and came with everything to install except, of course, the sand. Easy to open and close up. It's nice and big to shade my deck that gets direct sunlight the entire time the sun is up. I'm so happy I went with one that comes with lights. For me, they are the perfect brightness, not too bright, not too dark. You can easily put two tables that seat 4 comfortable under it.
