Elegance Spa 6 Piece Quick Dry Ribbed Cotton Towel Set

I placed an order for two towel sets but when I received the shipment, there was only one towel sets . I checked my order status and it showed that the order was complete. I called Walmart online orders to explain the issue and was told to contact the vendor. I tried for weeks to get a response from this vendor but received nothing. I reached out to Walmart again to explain the issue considering this is their vendor and I placed my order through Walmart so they should either request another towel sets or credit my account for the second sets. The towel set was on sale so it's not a lot of money but it's the principle. I am a consumer and if I'm paying for merchandise, I should receive that merchandise or return my money. It's that simple. It's a really nice towel set, soft and plush. My rating is related to the shipment not the merchandise.
