It is especially important not to use ibuprofen at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.

The chance is higher if you ■ are age 60 or older ■ have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems ■ take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug ■ take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs [aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others] ■ have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product ■ take more or for a longer time than directed
Heart attack and stroke warning: NSAIDs, except aspirin, increase the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. These can be fatal. The risk is higher if you use more than directed or for longer than directed.

Effective nighttime pain relief with gentle, relia
I tried Motrin PM to help with nighttime pain and to fall asleep more easily. The caplets were easy to swallow and didn't have a strong taste. I noticed the pain relief kicked in fairly quickly, and it helped me get more restful sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Overall, it was effective and gentle, though it may work differently for everyone.

Great for pain relief and a good night's sleep! I used Motrin PM during my recovery after surgery, and it was a lifesaver. The ibuprofen helped ease the pain, and the diphenhydramine helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. I usually drifted off within 20–30 minutes. Unlike some other nighttime meds, I didn't feel groggy in the morning. This is a great option if you're dealing with pain and trouble sleeping. Definitely keeping this in my medicine cabinet!
