Product only works while charging. Green light means fully charged, red means need charging but when you unplug the mirror after the green light comes on. The light on the mirror does not illuminate. Plug it in, light illuminates. The mirror itself is beautiful and would be perfect if it works properly. I have already installed it to my wall or I would send it back. Looking for something different.
