great for dog walking in philly

as a dog walker in philly, i need a warm coat that has lots of pockets and a flashy design so i'm visible; ski gear is the perfect fit! i'm 5'4", 145 lbs, 36 chest, and the size large fits great, with room for a sweatshirt. the hood fits well and stays on in windy weather thanks to the velcro that sits on my chin. the snap button on top and bottom with the two velcro patches in the middle make this jacket quick %26 easy to close and open when the dogs are ready to go!

First off I don't give reviews unless the product is worthy of it and you can take that to the bank and I am picky. First of all the cost I saw a pretty similar jacket to this one in one of our local department stores for $139 not even kidding it was so close and I tried it on had the same feel and weight,thickness and even the clerks asked me if I got it from them and when they saw the logo on it they said they were shocked to hear I got it from Walmart and for what I paid for it. Now for the size it is true to fit I have no regrets now I did in the beginning because there is no room for a sweater if you want to put something under it or going to wear a thick sweater I would recommend a size up me I wear blouses and t-shirts and dress shirts I'm not a big sweater gal. So for me it fit perfectly with about 2 in of room. I was just worried about it not being warm enough because it can get down to - 40 below but after having it on a few minutes at 28 above Fahrenheit I was roasting!! And that was standing outside for 20 minutes with snow. And it repelled really nicely when the snow melted off my jacket. Stitching is great and it is well put together. I ordered the black and it looks nice. So yes I would highly highly recommend this coat. Worth every penny.

Best Way to spend $70

I bought this coat as a way to simply stay warm, but I put it on and almost fell asleep from how warm it was making me. I may not need to buy another coat for a while. It is most definitely a ski jacket, but it's worth every cent!
