Bought this 14" Queen Hybrid Mattress primarily for my wife, since she has back issues needs shoulder surgery. Arrived rolled up in a vacuum sealed bag. A bit heavy but once placed on the box spring just carefully cut the bag open and presto, it "inflates" like magic. Did this in the afternoon and in an hour or so it was ready for sheets. We both love it !!!
