SHARP and heavy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happily surprised by this knife. It's weighted very nicely and sharp and cuts vegetables perfectly. It is made of carbon steel and the blade is heavy, however the handle is ergonomic and makes it very easy to hold. This design is different from typical chopping/dicing knives that use the rocking motion to cut and instead you lift and slice with each cut, so something easy to use is key and this definitely is designed nicely. Priced very well for the quality you receive.

Affordable and versatile
