Power cord death

When the power cord on my husband's refurbished dell died, we had no idea where we would find a new one. Voila! Walmart to the rescue. It works like new now.

Item Defective

Item was either defective, or did not work in my Dell E6410 as advertised. The connector intop the laptop power port was very loose, with a lot of play, was not a snug connection. Contacted seller, who promptly authorized a return. Still waiting for that process to complete.
